Rental Agreement for Accessories:

This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this [Date of signature] between BabySafetyRental Co. LTD, a company duly registered under the laws of Thailand, having its principal place of business in Phuket, Thailand (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and [Client's Full Name], residing at [Client Address] in Phuket, Thailand (hereinafter referred to as the "Client").

  1. Rental Period:

The rental period shall begin on ________________ and end on _____________.

  1. Accessories List:

The following is a list of accessories to be rented under this Agreement:

  1. Rental Price and Deposit:

The Client agrees to pay the Company the total rental price of [Total Rental Price] and a refundable deposit of [Deposit Amount] at the time of signing this Agreement. The deposit will be refunded to the Client upon the satisfactory return of the rented accessories, less any deductions for damages or late return as described in Section 4 below.

  1. Damages and Late Returns:

The Client understands and agrees that any damages to the rented accessories, other than normal wear and tear, will be deducted from the deposit. The Company will conduct a thorough inspection of the accessories upon their return, and any costs incurred for repairs or replacements will be deducted accordingly.

Furthermore, the Client acknowledges that returning the rented accessories beyond the agreed-upon end date will result in additional charges. For every day that the Client is late in returning the accessories, a late fee of [Late Fee Amount] will be deducted from the deposit.

  1. Liability:

The Company shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the use of the rented accessories during the rental period. The Client assumes all responsibility for the proper and safe use of the accessories.

  1. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Phuket, Thailand.

  1. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof.
